Privacy Policy

Written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Draft — have it reviewed before launch.

What we collect

Listing owners: email, optional WhatsApp number, optional GSTIN, and the listing details you submit. Payment details are collected by Razorpay, not us.
Visitors: no cookies and no raw IP addresses. We store a daily-rotating anonymous hash of IP + browser to count unique visitors and clicks, the page path, the referring site, device type and country.

Why

To run the leaderboard, process payments, issue GST invoices, send receipts and outbid alerts you asked for, give listing owners click analytics, and prevent abuse.

Sharing

With Razorpay (payments), our email and WhatsApp providers (messages you requested), and our hosting and database providers. Listing owners see aggregate click analytics — never who you are. We don't sell personal data.

Retention

Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Raw click and pageview events are kept for up to 13 months.

Your rights
